Haleigh Mulhern is a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages. She received her Juris Doctor and a certificate in Public Interest Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Haleigh was sworn in to the Illinois Bar in January 2021. While at Loyola, Haleigh was on the executive board of the Consumer Law Review and was involved with Loyola's Legislation and Policy Clinic. While in law school, she worked for Legal Aid Chicago, Judge Ronald F. Bartkowicz at the Circuit Court of Cook County, and Justice Carl A. Walker at the Illinois Appellate Court. She also clerked for a plaintiffs' personal injury firm and a mid-size insurance subrogation firm.
